This week we are seeing lower interest rates! Freddie Mac has this week's 30 year fixed rate loan at 4.27%. That's lower than we've seen for the last few months. The 15 year fixed rate is even better at 3.33%. Spring and early summer are always a great time to buy, so this is great news for both potential sellers and buyers.
