Here's How We Save Our Buyers Money

You do most of the leg work. We'll provide you with a list of active listings that meet your criteria. It's up to you to drive by to see if you like the exterior, neighborhood, etc. If the property is something you are definitely interested in, we will schedule an appointment to show you the house.

We take only 1.5% of the commission (paid by the sellers) at closing. Most agents take 3%. You get the rest. That's extra money to make upgrades and improvements to your new home, or just put away for a rainy day.
